STAR Test.

I've always hated it.
It seems like I'm the only one in the WORLD who actually CARES about them. Besides those nerdy nerds, of course. ::cough:: I'm addressing this to NERDS for a REASON. XD XD

First week of school= GONE! Scary how time passes so quickly, huh? It's been quite a week, though. So many things going on...I just hope everything settles down faster.
I'm so happy about H20 POLO. :D:D I don't know why. It just carries me away..
Our first game is next Thursday. X__________X;; So scared. There are like, a billion rules/ strategies to playing this sport. It gets really confusing, but after a few weeks/ months, you'll get used to it. ;]

10 minutes later.
Suddenly, my spirits lifted. My mom BELIEVES in me. She's not getting mad at me for getting bad scores. Well, KINDA bad scores. Sigh.

I want a different ending.

Proud Tears.

As I scurry around the gym panicking about the first water polo game of the season, my nervousness slowly increase. Running around and jumping up and down around my polo friends don't make things any better, but I do it anyway. Terrorizing myself with a million "I'M GONNA DROWN PLAYING WITH THE VARSITY TEAM!!" and "I'M GONNA DIEEEE." Hehe, chuckle.
But still. A few minutes before the game, all the players gather together and being stretching. We watch the other members of the Concord Team pass by...and they all have this "We're all totally gonna whoop your guys' asses! So watch out!" look on their faces. Everyone on our team= ::rolls eyes::
:D

Games went pretty well. The first game was women's AHS Varsity team vs. Concord Varsity team. We totally "whooped their asses". Pshaw. We beat them by more than 10 scores. The second game was guys' AHS Varsity team vs. Concord Varsity team...and we were soo much better, haha. Hopefully it doesn't sound like I'm bragging, because I'm not. XP
Third game. Terrible. All the players on our JV team JUST joined and didn't understand how to play. So Marlena, Rebecca, and I were the ones "in charge". And it was SCARY. So scary...and unfair.

pfswimgurl: One of them was STARING at this girl pushing me under water and pulling my suit and grabbing and kicking me in the stomach, and he didn't even call a freaking foul.
my5Adrumsticks: loser
my5Adrumsticks: hes just mad cuz hes old and unmarried
my5Adrumsticks: am i right

LOL. Yeah, stupid referees. Those girls in the JV team were the same girls as the ones in the Varsity team. So yeah, that's just stupid. But whatever, it was only the first game of the season. Those girls were SUPER SUPER SUPER vicious though. Like, REALLY REALLY vicious. It's SO annoying! Gahhhhh.
This girl would jump on me and pull on my suit, squeeze my wrist, pinch my finger, stab my face with the elbow, kick me in the stomach, and put both elbows on my shoulders as if they were trying to drown me. They're so pathetic, because it seems like that's their "strategy" of winning. After the game ended [was totally gonna DIE] we sat down on the concrete deck and had a meeting with our coach. He wasn't disappointed in us at ALL. But I hadn't expected him to be, since most of the JV players just joined the team a few days ago and weren't expecting our first game until around next week or so. I had a few tears run down my eyes from the disappointment of our loss, but I got over it soon.

Overall, I had fun. It was definitely a great experience, and can't wait to get into the pool next time to improve over my mistakes.

Drowning in an Ocean of Hatred.

A deep and meaningful title for an entry, yes, but I named it this for a reason.
For what reason?
Hatred. It was written all over the atmosphere today.
I need to learn to let go..
So hard. So difficult. Why..?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

When lies were meant to be told.
When promises were made to be broken.
When lives were meant to be torn.

[Serious note: This is not an emo entry. For all you people who worry about me being emo. And pointing out the fact that I broke my promise of never, ever being emo again. xP]

Still Half Alive.

It's only the third week of school and the workload is already starting to increase. Heavily. ;___; I wonder how I'm gonna survive this year.

9/11.

This event led to grief, sorrow, and heartache pains that penetrated everyone's lives. Although I was still in the 4th grade, I had just began getting used to San Francisco and the neighborhood I was living in. All I remember is that one morning before school, my dad had the TV on and I saw smoke that hovered over great, destructed buildings. Since I hadn't known anything back then, I didn't think it was anything important, and that it was an "everyday thing." So I walked to school like an ordinary day...but when I arrived, I soon found out how important the crash of the World Trade Center was, because we talked about it for the entire school day.

But that was FIVE years ago. Five years...fourth grade. FOURTH GRADE. Back then, I was a child who knew of nothing. Absolutely nothing. Looking back, I can now remind myself of how these news events can make the entire world change.
Because of 9/11.

:O

"You might now get this, but just DO NOT STRESS." -Teachers

Yeah, I'm stressing all right.
HORRIBLE. It's HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
I need to concentrate. I need to stop freaking out. It's only the third week of school and I'm already...slipping. :o
NO, that is not the Koki I know.
I can't let this happen!! I HAVE TO PASS FRESHMAN YEAR. If I get a B+ or lower as a final grade for anything, I am seriously gonna kill myself.
So tormented.
I need to learn to understand.

H20 Polo.

Sorry for talking about water polo 24/7, but seriously. That's like...the only interesting thing that's happening in my life right now. Besides failing three classes.

Chained&Pulled.

Life problems. Huge, ensnaring problems. And I don't know how to fix them.

A Nightmare.

I woke up this morning at 4:30am, finding myself drowned in a pool of hot tears. Why it happened, I don't know. But I can still remember the main part of the nightmare that had led me to tears. It was a story when my parents loved my younger sister much more than me, not caring nor believing in anything I did. So I was a rejected girl with a broken smile who had ran away one day to some place I don't clearly remember..but I still recall a scene of myself in a deserted city, sitting on the ground crying for help.
But when I was with my sister, she treated me as if I were her pet, ordering me around and blaming me for everything she had done wrong to our parents. I remember how I tried to tell my parents for forgiveness for not being the "perfect daughter" by writing "Why do you love her more?" on a blank sheet of paper...she had caught what I was trying to do, trying to get my parents to love me back, but she only wrote "She's just jealous" back on the paper. That's all I remember...the next thing I know I'm lying in pitch black awake in my bed, feeling cold sweat all over me. I glanced at the clock and it said 4:30.
I decided not to go back to bed, so I kinda lied there for another half an hour, since I had to get up at 5am for water polo practice anyway.

Greek Mythology.

PegasusHoplite28: You know how Pegasus was born, right?
PegasusHoplite28: Sprouted from Medusa's beheaded neck.
PegasusHoplite28: Not as bad as the Minotaur though.
PegasusHoplite28: Some woman insulted Aphrodite, so Aphrodite made her fall in love with a bull. The women made some sort of design that made her look like a cow, and she had sex with the bull.
---
typographr: Is that where the term hermaphrodite comes from?
PegasusHoplite28: Hermes and Aphrodite mated once to create this really beautiful guy with all the properties of a girl.
typographr: Kyle sure knows a lot about mythology...
