Dot dot dot.
Today was the first day of practice, and it was exciting but terribly excruciating. Rebecca and I were just starting out with the first season of water polo, so we lagged behind a bit most of the time. Well, only at the times when we do different drills to practice for water polo. But just plain swimming? We caught up with everyone else pretty well. I was introduced to new and awkward drills. They're SO painful. X___X I'm seriously gonna die this year. Three hours of it EVERY DAY after school for seven weeks. ::plops dead::
After practice ended, Rebecca and I went to Quickly together. We both got drinks [she bought two; one for her sister]. We splitted a bag popcorn chicken. :O Their chicken is SOOO good there. Haha. Delicioso. Mmhhmm.
Then we walked around the corner to this really good Taqueria. Every swimmer needs a burrito after a long and hard workout. Haha. But it's true. Most swimmers lovee burritos. It's interesting. I mean, even IIII don't crave for it as much as they do. x__x
Anywayyyy, since the pool was at Alameda High School, I decided to go and try to fix my locker, since it wouldn't open. I got a woman to help me, and she was holding on to a stack of papers with every locker's combo on it. After all, it was the computer's problem...it printed different numbers for mine. I tried the original combo, and it worked. Yay! :]
I grabbed onto my schedule and walked around the school. I mean, not walked. Scurried. I frantically scampered around the endless hallways. I decided to explore [::cough::] the second and third floors also. When I turned at a corner, I faced more hallways. It was so scary. Haha. Got lost for a few seconds, but then I eventually found stairs that led back down to the first floor. Hehehe. I found all my classes after a while. :] I'm probably going to receive 1397984 tardies on the first day of school. But whatever. I'm excited to fall into terrifying situations.
