Wow. What a year. I mean, it really wasn't all that exciting until today.. xD Well, I guess there were a couple highlights of the year:
- Ricks's class. :D
- Ricks's tree. :O
- LUNCH!! :)
- Throwing tomato soup at Ricks's tree. And watching people's expressions when they feel the water bottle with tomato soup.. and it's warm.
- The bush.
- The gallery of junk food wrappers in the bush.
- Weird sevvies?
- Mrs. Peterson getting mad at us because we didn't say "Good Morning" on the first day.
- AR. Thank god AR is over. D:
- Poetry project that I stayed up until 3am for.
- People's Call of the Wild project videos.
- Steven as Thisbe when we were acting out A Midsummer Night's Dream.
- Enginneering project.
- Designing Dr-Ricks.org.
- The Earth Science project that we spent ALL OF SPRING BREAK working on. I'm proud to say that ours was better than all the other 6th period presentations.
- Ricks's (dead) frog, aka the bathroom pass. Carl pulled one of its legs off o_o
- Elkhouri's weird hand movements.
- Mrs. Cartwright turning from the nicest teacher in the world to the nicest teacher at Hopkins. XD
- Claymon's interesting lectures on life. o_o In Spanish.
- Singing the quadratic formula in math. And sleeping in math. And studying for Ricks's tests in math.
- Discussing answers to the Ricks test on the bus so we can figure out our grades before he posts them.
- Frantically IMing each other and refreshing Thinkwave repeatedly until Ricks posted the grades.
- Labs. Critical thinking questions. SHEEPING. <3
- Hopkins Numa Numa and Hopkins Numa Numa 2 (LOL Sarah's at 3:20 and I'm in the background at 3:28 XD).
And of course, promotion. It was SO HOT. And I we had to sit in the burning sun with dresses on. >_< But everyone looked really pretty. :)
Hmm.. all we did today at school was sign yearbooks. It was weird, because last year on the last day of school I felt really sad because I wouldn't be seeing most of my friends over the summer... but this year I was so indifferent. It didn't even feel like it was the last day of school. Just a regular minimum day. I got my "Got Ricks?" t-shirt after school! Hahahaha I love it. :) Then Jamie, Jenny, Sarah, Nitya, and I went to Subway and had lunch. It was really strange.. I didn't even feel excited that summer was starting.
Wait a couple hours. It's 7PM.. I called Sarah, and I thought she was picking me up.. but she forgot? XD So my mom got kindaa mad but took me to the party/dance anyways. Sarah and I just walked around.. and ate free food... and showed off our "Got Ricks?" tshirts. :) And we stalked Peter and Elaine (except you guys don't know who they are. Besides Sarah and Jamie. >_>). Thenn.. we got to the cards. And saw Jamie, Beatrice, Viraj, Arthur, and Nitya playing Egyptian War. So we slapped in. SO. FUN. OMG. We were going CRAZY. Everyone's hands were getting bruised.. and Beatrice was bleeding.. XD And everyone kept screaming when people got the Jacks. I'm so slow. ;_; And then... Richie came, but he was screaming hecka loudly so I poured water on him. Which started a water fight. The cards were getting really wet, but we didn't care since they weren't ours. Random people kept coming to our table and taking pictures of us playing because we were so loud. :D It was definitely the best school day. EVER. Man, next year we're bringing cards to the "dances". :)
Can't wait until Monday. I better get working on my ARC homework... >_>
