The unbelievable happened. My clip disappeared.
My mom had taken it on her daily walk but used her own headphones. All I remember is seeing my headphones WITHOUT THE CLIP and bringing it to my room. My mom insisted she had left the clip on the bottom stair.
So today, I searched everywhere. God, I must've spent 6 hours searching for that thing. Shook every single object in my room. I knew that iPod was way too small. I even looked at all my clothing and searched endless pockets and jacket linings for it. Still nowhere to be found.
I swear I looked EVERYWHERE. Even in the cup I had last drank water in. Even on top of the fan that hung from my ceiling.
And guess where I found it? Inside the cover of my science textbook. My beaten up copy of Hewitt's Conceptual Science. I have no idea how it got there. I swear I shook my science textbook before, too. Guess the clip liked science so much it stuck there. I'm keeping my headphones attached to my iPod all the time from now on. (My headphones are bigger than the clip. ;P)
