Happy New Year's Eve :)
During which I suppose I’ll get through my long-overdue entry about the TIC party.
Mood: great, now I have to start writing 08 on all my papers…
Today: Spent the entire day doing - nothing. :)
TIC: Party at the Kasstle!
I swear, this was like one of the biggest and most exciting parties I can remember going to. Mostly thinking about the last part here.
It was raining hard in the morning, so I called Quad and asked him to pick us up at Sizzler’s instead of the BART station. I swear, the moment we put on our shoes it broke up into a light drizzle. Tiff was already in the car, and we all had a heck of a time finding Eugene’s house.
I believe the head count was…16 people? Everyone got there at the same time because they were waiting for us at the BART station. Quad pretty much brought the entire compact Toy’s R Us, minus the action figure section. In one room people were playing board games, and in front of the TV we went through PDA games and Wii Sports. After dinner we all piled into the living room to watch Dogma, with the DVD player that stops every chapter.
And then Quad broke out….Bang!. With 12 people playing, each game lasted about an hour, but I blame that on General Store. :)
Poor TIC’08 kiddies. Their TA’s will be playing that from every corner of TMF while they sit through the NetHunt.
