2009 Should Be Divine

January 1, 2009

08 was great, and 09 should be divine. I can't think of any cool little rhymes for 2010. >_<

I spent my New Year's chilling with Mahnoosh. Gallivanted around Moeser and El Cerrito, then crashed and played games the rest of the night. I got home around 4:30, meaning I feel like conking out right now.

For 2009, I'm hoping for bigger and better things. 2008 was a good year. I'm not regretting anything that happened then, and I'm hoping that at the end of this year I can say the same. I'm looking forward to learning more about myself, getting around in life, and more skills that could come in handy.

As for resolutions... I'm almost too content with where I'm at. I can't think of anything that I'd want to really really try hard to accomplish, only some guidelines and outlines of what I want to hopefully do.

  • I'm skinny, time to get more fit
  • Take more initiative, don't always wait for someone else to step up
  • Successfully apply into college, meaning actually research and look into them as well
  • Learn to cook, maintain my car, manage money, household duties?...
  • Be more friendly and more aware of when I'm acting condescendingly
  • Daydream less about girls, keep track of emotions
  • Don't try and control situations and people I know I can't control so often
  • .......

2009, off we go.
