I am so relieved that Winter Break has finally arrived. No more stressing over work, socializing with people; I can finally get some sleep.

I handed out my presents to my friends, and I felt extremely joyous doing it. I turned in my APUSH notes and my WWII essay, and I just feel so unshackled and free. I am looking forward to all the things I'm doing this break.

I've been able to meet the challenges that came with having a friend date someone I don't particularly like. I'm finally able to just go with it and not let it faze me as much as it had before.

My school's Talent Show was tonight! My friend Elise and I played "Melt My Heart to Stone" by Adele. She sang, I played guitar. We got 3rd place, which was disappointing, but we did extremely well. The 1st place winner was a kid named Magical Nathaniel. Man, he was off the chain. Anyways, the group of people that performed were great.

I've got time, now it's time to spend it wisely.
