Humbling

December 6, 2008

I had a very humbling experience tonight. I guess throughout this whole week, I felt like I was so in the right about everything that well, as cliche as this may sound, I forgot about the idea that I could be wrong, and that I don't have the answer to everything.

A lot of the animosity has been cleared away, and I see good coming out of it. While I still have my reservations and annoyances over this situation, as well as some foggy topics that need to be clarified, I'm happy knowing that we no longer have blind discontentment between us.

Oooo.... now that I think about it, my opinion about the situation hasn't really changed. The outcome that I want is the same, however, I realize that there are better ways to go about it. Well, there's still things that need to be fixed, both on her part and on mine.
