Yes! I was able to hang out beside the red carpet, or well, more like the black carpet today. I found out about the movie premier in NYC in the morning. It was at the movie theater near the Lincoln Center, which was easily accessible from the Columbia campus. A group of us stood along the barricades and watched as the cast walked by; Christian Bale is awesome, since he was the only one who really stopped by to sign autographs...

Aside from the cast members, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley from "Gossip Girl" were there, Lauren Conrad was there, Josh Hartnett was there, Mariska Hargitay, the woman who plays Olivia in "Law and Order: SVU" was there as well! :O

I never really thought I'd ever go to an actual movie premiere. I thought these types of events were a lot more closed than what the premiere was like today.
