NEW LAYOUT, well kinda!

So precisely one month and 19 days after my last post, I finally decided to post something again. And I got my layout done too! OMG! Of course it only works on the index so far, I don't actually know which files have the html for the other pages so I'm a bit stuck for the moment. But ya, tell me what you think! AND LOOK it validates! well...mostly...stupid banner not centering when I validate....but YAY!
